Businessmap - superior customer experience to any other support business I've experienced in...
In summary, I compare all Business Support or companies to the standard achieved by Businessmap.
Businessmap have been extremely helpful in all areas from product development, training, queries & problem resolution. Their response time is phenomenal and in the large majority of the 100s of tickets raised, will also include a full solution, workarounds or a future plan to adapt to requests.
Pros
The speed of responses for support are measured in minutes which can include both step by step instructions, bespoke alterations to software mechanisms, or fixes. The tool they provide is top of the class and the preferred choice in Rolls-Royce.
Cons
I'm genuinely yet to find a fault worthy to report about Businessmap.

Good and mighty but with quirks
We now use Businessmap since two years. It's useful so far but I'd definetly not choose it again if i'd known about the bummers (see above).
Pros
It's very flexible and mighty and has good automatization. Also the pricing is reasonable.
Cons
Biggest Bummer: NO MOBILE INTEGRATION and their Product Manager tells that it won't come at all. As a CTO I am constantly considering migrating to something else. Can't just use the tool on the go.
Also its user interface has a lot of innecessary whitespace and no intuitive list view. To use lists you need to open modals and filter. A bit strange.

Whole view of work made easy
Awesome and user friendly makes possible to have a complete view of your company work. It focuses on work mapping aligned with company goals. It offers multilevel connected and relates panels. It has high customization possibilities.
Pros
Shot learning curve, complete set functionality including metrics, easy progress panel creation, easy panel connection and easy power view of up-to-date company status.
Integration with other tools made easy, good up-to-date knowledge base and resources. Additional optional services on demand and regular software updates.
Custom fields for task, issues and initiative tracking, roadmap and time panels included.
Cons
A few working samples would help the customer get the advantage of desiring the tool. You need a basic notion of kanban that is available on the knowledge base

Feedback from TDK-Lambda Switzerland by R&D team
The overall experience is good. We look forward how it will develop in the future to allow for better multi project management involving multiple teams.
Pros
The tool is tailored for teams working with Kanban for Knowledge work methodology, as we are.
The tool is simple to start with but containing most of the required features when the team is maturing into Kaban.
Cons
The fact that the initiatives and cards are treated differently and not sharing the same features.
Is not easy to share a workflow from one board into another, this is only possible with the management workspace.
The planning view is not yet usable for us, in our case we would like to plan the different phases (columns) of a project in there, we haven't yet found a way which doesn't include creating separate card for each phase.
Reasons for Switching to Businessmap
Because tailored for Kanan method. All the other tools gave me the feeling of a lot of marketing with much content when is came to Kanban. Businessmap did present with more content.- Industry: Computer Software

Always impressed!
Amazing product and amazing support. 10 out of 10.
Pros
The Businessmap Kanban tool is the Rolls Ryce of Kanban tools. It fully enables any team or business to improve on flow in every way, thanks to the many features and possibilities available.
Cons
If I was forced to find a con then it would be that there is no free version available for individuals for basic use. Personally I would love to use Kanban for daily home life and Businessmap would be nice to use on a basic kanban level.

Pros
Perfect kanban tool to manage and measure valuestreams and teamwork and to connect them with strategic goals. Very easy to use, great frontend and many great functions and options to measure and visualize the progress on all different company levels.

TEXTILO
Its been super good, I am still learning a lot.
Pros
Its really well made and easy to use once you understand the methodology.
Cons
I think it should have an unlimited Sandbox option so we can develop without limits and can go crazy with business rules to set up an amazing system that if we like, then we just have to upgrade our subscription to how many new rules you actually need. With some sort of "Import to main account".
Maybe making a Sandbox user per Business Account so we can Dev outside of the main frame and those business rules don't apply to what we have working right now.
I am sure if you do this I would make a much bigger and complex system since now I can't freely test out new things, now I am limited.

Unparalled functionality out of the box
Pros
There isn't any business process, workflow or procedure that can not be replicated within Kanbanize. I've changed my approach in business transformations to get the clients up and on the tool as quickly as possible. The design construct of Kanbanize provides just the right amount of 'guidance' for the users, and allows me the opportunity to engage on an as required basis when clients stray away from basic kanban principles.
Cons
There's very little I don't like about Kanbanize. Continuing to extend the recent deployment of OKRs to allow connection between strategy and execution into the dashboard space looks to be quite exciting.

Kanbanize - Constant Evolvement Towards Simplified Visual Management
Excellent product - very happy with the company. We are glad to use them for the visual management.
Pros
1) Feature development is well thought out. Rather than adding to visual clutter, features are constantly refined to allow simple visual management. This is harder than it sounds and is not often achieved in agile software development.
2) Regular releases. Releases are on time and only 1 month away.
3) Great customer support. Real people answering your questions and looking at possible bugs. Replies are quick and direct.
4) Price is very reasonable.
Cons
1) Break in subscription value. They just recently divided their subscribers into two tiers leaving original users that do not upgrade their subscription contract to only original features. This is a bad mistake and breaks the premise of SaaS. If a company needs additional revenue they should be raising the cost of the subscription for all in a seamless manner and not bifrucate their user base.
2) Metrics are well developed but it is not easy to get started. Additional thought needs to be given on how to get metrics in the hands of even basic users.

The Only Kanban Software I Recommend
I like to describe Kanbanize as the Swiss Army Knife for IT leaders in mid-sized businesses. Since we at Xuviate started talking about it in our IT Leader Masterminds and 1-1 Coaching sessions so many individuals started playing with it and later adopted the software ... to the point where there is currently no other main-stream Kanban software that is regularly used by any of the IT leaders we interact with. This is both testament to the quality of the product as well as the ability of Kanbanize to stay ahead of what users need.
Pros
- The software is extremely flexible and supports almost any use-case
- It is super easy for people to get started (even if they have never used Kanban before or are not in IT)
- It is not just another Kanban tool and right from the start it is clear how Kanbanize (the company) is trying to change the way we run our businesses (e.g. by supporting and evangelising Portfolio Kanban)
- The reporting engine is top-notch and provides both overview and many drill-down opportunities
Cons
- Individuals often are role players on multiple boards. Currently there is no easy way to show all tasks assigned to an individual and to properly prioritise daily workload.
- No integration with their personal Kanban tool flow-e exists at the moment

Great tool for Kanban
I have been using Kanbanize for personal and professional projects very well. Everything has been smoothing very nice.
Pros
One of the thing that I liked most of Kanbanize is its simplicity and friendly way to use it. You don't need any (or almost any) help to start creating their Kanban boards. Indeed, it is so intuitive to build new swim lames and cards.
Furthermore, Kanbanize always notify me about the new features as soon as they released them.
Cons
Kanbanize can add more metrics but my point of view is biased about helping managers to understand very well the power of using Lean metrics.

The best tool for Kanban method application
Pros
The tool allows WIP control by columns, or by lanes, or by columns and lanes, making it possible to limit the work according to the necessary prioritization in each class of service.
Cons
The business roles have improved a lot, which makes the job a lot easier, but we still have some points that need to be improved, for example, when a card is moved, the related cards on other boards could also be impacted

I love it
Pros
Kanbanize is a simple to use, nice to experience, friendly to interact software to realize quickly and in an effective way a REAL kanban board. It has a lot of features and it is able to scale in enterprise, without becoming difficult for a small business or for a single user on personal projects. The support is friendly and always asking for feedbacks from users, to continuously improve the product.
