I don't like that Client Communications, formerly Rapport doesn't go into the Medical Record without intervention. This should be a communication that is easier to put right in the MR. > > Much better than previously stated but I'm still having to figure things out without support. In fact my recent experience with World Pay and our credit card terminals still has me and the two \[sensitive content hidden\] very upset and concerned that we are being told how we must receive credit card payments and the lack of terminal receipts and end of day balancing. We are a mobile practice, so we are more often than not stallside when needing to pull up the patient's history. > > **Cons**: The patient search function is not useful. We could type in the first 3-5 letters of a horse's name and it won't show the horse on the list of patients to choose from. When we are in a patient's file, click quick invoicing, it kicks us to the top of the owners list of horses instead of bringing us right to the patient's file we were just in.
