> **Pros**: Einfach einzurichten und bei Problemen hat der Kundenservice sofort weiter geholfen. Super war auch die Testphase, da die Software so erst vollumfänglich und kostenfrei ausprobiert werden kann. Am besten gefällt uns, dass Rentsoft exakt auf unsere bestehenden Prozesse angepasst werden kann - also keine Lösung "von der Stange", an die wir uns anpassen müssten.

> **Cons**: Da die Software kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt wird, kann es zu Änderungen am Menü-Layout kommen. Das ist allerdings kein allzu großes Problem, da man sich schnell wieder zurecht findet.

> Wir können unser Inventar auch vom Tablet und unterwegs aus pflegen und Rechnungen direkt mit Rentsoft rausschicken. Dass das System direkt mit unserer Website gekoppelt ist, sparen wir immens Arbeitszeit ein.

> **Cons**: Eine sehr umfangreiche Vermietsoftware. Daher erfordert die Einbindung ein wenig Zeiteinsatz. Ein persönliches Onboarding wäre sinnvoll.

> Ich bin mit der Software zufrieden und die Bedienung des Programms ist intuitiv. Die meisten der gewünschten Funktionen sind vorhanden. Bei Rückfragen und bei Wünschen wurde uns gut geholfen. Das Rentsoft-Team hinterlässt einen agilen und motivierten Eindruck. Wir sind zufrieden. Fazit: Umfangreiche Vermietsoftware, welches die Vermietung enorm vereinfacht.
