> **Pros**: RLC needed a software to bring all our systems into one central location.  BOSS has met all these needs.  What we did not anticipate was how BOSS would impact our culture.  BOSS has become the backbone of how we operate on a daily basis.  We have eliminated multiple points of data and have saved countless administrative hours.  BOSS has given us the consistency and accuracy in generating proposals and capturing data we struggled to record.  BOSS has also improved our communication internally and externally.  We could not imagine a day without it\!

> **Cons**: Often times we need to make a quick proposal for a client.  BOSS has specific ways proposals are generated.  This make take a few extra minutes, but we have discovered our errors on bids have been reduced and communication to our teams has improved.
