I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

Also, their customer support is superb\! I have the best experience with their tech support who was knowledgeable and got my issue fixed in a jiffy.

> We had a wonderful experience with Survicate from start to finish. We really enjoyed the customization and ability to record partial responses. Being able to gather this kind of data and make it easy and fun for clients to provide feedback had a huge impact on our user experience and product journeys and roadmap plans. We were able to easily connect data to our Salesforce account as well as download reports directly from the website. There were also improvements and new features added regularly and the new insights feature is a wonderful addition to the platform. I truly have nothing negative things to say about the Survicate program and our experience.
