> **Pros**: Fairly simple and easy to use.  It "scrapes" contact info from Linkedin when its not available. on their profile.  Works 50% of the time.

> **Cons**: Does not do a great job getting accurate information.  At most it would find 50% of the contact information.  And it wasn't always accurate.

> DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.   They will charge your card without permission.  I paid for a fixed amount of "credits" used to scrape info for my mailing list.  After using only 20% of my credits, they charged my credit card without asking.  I still had 80% of my credits remaining.  I stopped the charge through my credit card company.   They sent me an email saying they were "offended" that I stopped the charge and I would no longer be permitted to use their service.  Politely I explained that I still had many credits left and I did not get a response from customer service.  They sent a second email, refused to refund any money for unused credits and insisted that they "don't stand for people who stop payments on their credit card".  Well I don't care for companies who bill your card without asking.  The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

> **Pros**: Probably the price, but that was initial "catch". Then you see that the money is wasted.

> **Cons**: The extension itself is full of bugs. You need to log in your LinkedIn profile, which gets blocked as soon as you start using SalesQL. No matter how slow and on how many segments you split the job in order not to trigger any LinkedIn alarms, your LinkedIn profile gets blocked. I initially used my personal profile, then of both my colleagues' years old profiles, we all got blocked. The SalesQL support is arrogant, not helpful nor understanding. You have literally zero days return and refund policy.

> It was a disaster. I paid hundreds for a 6-month plan, and I used nothing of it. Refund was not possible, they were incredibly rude, and after few email messages they blocked me and my account.

> **Pros**: I really liked the ease of use and the user friendly interface. In a matter of click you can find the email address of a person. It has a chrome extension that works with LinkedIn. You just need to install it and visit the profile of the person whose email address you want to find and just click on the SalesQL extension icon and you get the email address.

> **Cons**: It works so good that I am not able to find any cons/issues while using it as of now. There is nothing that I could say I did not like about it.
