> **Pros**: Much easier to track where an article is in the publishing workflow compared to using Google Docs and Google Sheets. We used Google Docs to write the article and a separate Google Sheet to track where an article is in the publishing workflow. It can get messy. Thanks to EasyContent, we have 2 tools in 1: a place to write the content and track where it is in the workflow and more.
