The solution requires a double opt-in, so customers must enter their phone number twice for the notifications to work for SMS. This should be a $25/mo app that they try to sell for $5k/year. When we gave notice we wished to cancel, since software did not do as demoed, we were told by \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] that they would take us to collections if we did not pay the full annual amount, even though we never implemented, and never used with our customers. This is literally the WORST customer experience, I have ever had in all my years of business.
