> **Pros**: L'ergonomie est agréable. L'utilisation est relativement simple et efficace. La pointeuse est un vrai plus. La possibilité de personnaliser l'outil permet de le rendre à notre image.

> **Cons**: Le décompte des congés payés serait un vrai plus, et l'optimisation de l'application mobile permettrait encore plus de libertés.

> **Pros**: Le plus impressionnant est la vitesse à laquelle nous avons déployé Snapshift.  Notre grosse saison estivale nécessite de gérer un grand nombre de personnes avec un casse tête à faire rentrer les plannings dans notre saison (ouvert tous les  jours, amplitude horaire importante). Snapshift nous a permis de gagner un temps considérable pour suivre et optimiser notre organisation. Le vrai plus est le fait de donner accès au planning à nos employés sur leurs smartphones. En bref, Snapshift est un logiciel abordable, simple à utiliser mais surtout efficace \!

Transmission d'information et communication simplifiée avec les employés

> **Pros**: Dans notre entreprise, la gestion automatisée du RCR via un compteur qui s'alimente automatiquement est un vrai plus. Fini les heures de fichier excel à s'arracher les cheveux\!

> **Cons**: Design un peu old school mais ce n'est pas gênant. Il manque juste la gestion en compteur automatisé des CP et ce serait parfait.
> 
> La gestion des RCR/heures supp dans le logiciel directement est très appréciable et l'intégration avec le logiciel de paie du cabinet comptable permet à tous un gain de temps non négligeable.
