> **Cons**: There really isn't anything I don't like about this program.  If I had to say something it would be the lack of written instruction to use the program effectively. It would be good to have videos available for training employees in its use.

> **Pros**: It is very easy to use and train people on.  I have confidence that customers are being charged the correct amount with the program.

> **Cons**: The layout for embroidery worksheets.  When we upgraded it dropped some thread colors in the sheets and I liked the old layout better.

> We have used PriceIt since 2007 and have always had positive experiences with the program and the people there that can help us through any problems or questions we have.
