Pain and misery
Honestly, I hate it. For more details please see the field above. I don't know anybody in our company who enjoys working with it and people try finding different workarounds on how NOT to work with it.
Pros
It is integrated with Microsoft Outlook.
Cons
It looks like something out of the 90s. Super-complicated, slow, endless updates slowing down the rest of the system, not user-friendly at all. Maybe it's great for accounting, but it is the worst as a CRM. When I compare it to Pipedrive I used before in a previous company, it was so much better. Also, working with data is pain in the ass. I would like to but I can´t be bothered with this system. In Pipedrive, I could see visualizations of my targets, revenues, etc. at 1 click.

Eway used exclusively for project management
It has brought to us a systematic evidence of all business leads and projects and helped us to specify better responsibilities for all projects as well as single stages of each project.
Pros
Integration with desktop Outlook and other MS applications,
easyness of use, simplicity of user interface
Cons
A bit complicated workflow management, non-perfect integration with Outlook tasks

Experience with Eway
We have been working with Eway for a long time and I am mostly satisfied with its features. It makes our work easier if it is used correctly and relevant data is entered into it.
Pros
Large amounts of important data in one place. It is well connected to Power BI.
Cons
Sometimes it is lengthy to download reports.
