> **Pros**: The best thing about this software is the real-time engagement you can have with your audience. What an effective way to tailor your customer journey in a large group presentation\! Keep them engaged on their mobile devices and protect anonymity rather than “a show of hands”.

> **Cons**: I wish there was the ability to “copy” a poll, for the instances you want a restricted poll vs not restricted.
