We were paying $250/mo, they told us we could pay $99.-Then, price increased to $119 with 7 days notice.-For the last 2+ years, when we went over a certain amount of links per month, we were billed accordingly for the overage-Now, we cannot create any more links until next month, unless we pay $4299 up front for the year.-Chat support team didn't see the urgency that our platform is down, because of this.-We are forced to now code a new short link system urgently, so our users aren't affected.With processes like this, and amateur pricing + support tactics, I don't think Rebrandly is as big as they advertise.
