> **Pros**: Accesspoint seems pretty usable by our experts (the lab folks).  Also, if I have licensing issues, the Freeland help desk folks are pretty great on helping me out via remote sessions

> **Cons**: On occasion, it seems to crash when they throw too many images at it...but I couldn't tell you what that limit was.  They've repeatedly upped their contract for support though, so it certainly works good enough for their needs\!

> Lab uses it for analyzing images from study participants
