Once completed, results will be generated that provide an overall personality view as well as suitable positions. On the administrative side, it is easy to get an overall organizational view to see how a candidate may (or may not) fit in to the company culture. There is a lot of information available that will allow employers or advisors to have fruitful conversations with potential employees. In the university setting, it allows advisors to review student preferences to identify areas where students could use improvement. Built-in links to job websites can help students find additional resources to identify transfer schools and job opportunities. On the administrative side, it is easy to customize invitation emails to candidates. > > **Cons**: I do wish it was easier to create sub-organizations within Traitify. That said, there was a workaround for our use in academia,.For each office, I had to create a separate organization which was not as intuitive as I would have liked, however, it does work. I would like some additional functionality towards organization for academic settings and integration with popular programs.
