> HI-Tech Pawn is a Windows-based pawn shop management solution designed to help businesses manage inventory, accounting, customers, and payroll, among other processes. It allows managers to create new pawns, cash checks and title pledge loans, redeem or renew existing loans, track the physical location of purchased items, and foreclose unpaid pawns. 

The customer management module enables administrators to write loans, make purchases, update customer information, add new users, send SMS notifications, and view customer history including flagged bankruptcy, bad checks, or titles. With its integrated accounting module, users can track, manage and balance cash drawer and generate Profit \& Loss (P\&L) statements or balance sheets. Additionally, it provides a police reporting feature that allows supervisors to send email reports directly to law enforcement agencies.

HI-Tech Pawn is ATF-compliant and facilitates firearm acquisitions \& disposition tracking. Pricing is based on monthly and annual subscriptions, while support is extended via email, phone and chat.
