> **Pros**: Easy to navigate and use, easy to train out to new staff. Import mappings are very useful and ensure we have a high degree of success with imports and few errors. Payrolling of benefits is also very good, cars, vans, PMI etc all calculated correctly as per HMRC calculators. The reporting allows monthly benefit reports to be delivered to clients, for record checks and prompts to client to ensure all oves are notified.

> **Cons**: Some of the help guides, could be more detailed. It would be useful to detail data flows and system interactions/ calculation formula.
> 
> Overall, my opinion is unchnaged, the system meets all our needs, especially with the Payrolling of Benefits and the embedded P11D functionality, saved cost on 3rd party software.

> **Pros**: Very good training when new to the system and very easy to use, especially after a couple of sessions.  Very much better than the old Paymaster and I did'nt think I would be saying that\!

> Great, help was available when it was needed but it is an easy system to become familiar with and I was soon reasonably comfortable with it

It has potential but think it was released too early without testing.

We have had errors in our payroll which have had to be put right manually with help from outside agencies. I would not recommend this product.

> **Pros**: Simple to use, transfer from \[sensitive content hidden\] was very straightforward. Instructors were very patient with me a slow learner.

> **Cons**: Haven’t found anything I don’t like. After running 3 monthly payrolls I am very happy to have switched.

> The 3 training and implementation sessions were well worth the money as that gave me confidence to run future months payrolls
