MailBluster is unique in that they offer the Saas hardware, but you need to bring your own Amazon SES and SNS credentials/account to actually send the mail. This puts an interesting pressure on business owners to "keep things clean" since their own Amazon account is being used. It also reduces MailBlusters sending costs since they're only using hardware to initiate sends and tracking. The free pricing tier is perfect for startups if they don't mind some light branding on their emails.
