> **Pros**: Simpleza na operação, interface WEB, Facilidade de comunicação (emails, anexos, etc). A curva de aprendizado é muito boa. A disponibilidade de videos focados e curtos é uma ferramenta muito valiosa para o aprendizado e treinamento dos usuários.

> **Cons**: Falta do componente "hora maquina". O ARTIA esta limitado a pessoas. Nos utilizamos ele na industrial como ferramenta de planejamento principal, ligando todos os departamentos na gestão dos projetos. Porem falta poder representar a demanda de horas maquina. Tenho solicitado este importante recurso porem sem resposta da equipe ARTIA.

> Em geral é muito boa, uma excelente ferramenta de integração de diferentes operações dentro do planejamento e distribuição de informação. Devido às limitações que o ARTIA tem para aplicação na indústria de manufatura, tivemos que desenvolver planilhas em Excel para processar horas maquina e mapear a ocupação/carga horaria por setor (com o esforço de exportar do ARTIA para excel e colocar as informações na planilha de processamento de horas homem/horas maquina). Para isso lançamos as horas no campo "esforço" da tarefa... mais é uma solução paliativa e incomoda, mesmo que funcionando. Uma pena esta lacuna no ARTIA....
