I love that both the students and the parents have their own portals. I did like the setup of the older version, it gave me more options for differentiating my staff ( like more color choices, and auto-fill was much better. I only had to enter the date range for my invoices once and as long as I didn't close my window, each invoice will have that date range. I no longer need a secretary, Tutorbird is so easy to use and their customer service is great. Most of the time when I need help from a company I go through several robots before I can talk to a human. Tutorbird is not like that.
