> Overall experience with Labgen has been great. From initial talks with sales staff to implementation with technical staff, Labgen has delivered on all promises. Our lab mainly uses the Tox and MolDx modules which are robust and deliver exactly what our customers want. I would recommend Labgen to any and all labs looking to streamline their LIS processes.

> **Cons**: The employees don't seem to understand the software or how to install anything. Took more than 2 months to setup the LIS for 3 instruments, that was done in 2 days with another company once we left them. The customer service is a joke, and the company is seemingly lazy and incompetent.
