> **Pros**: Infor is completely customizable and reliable. As a City, we depend on it daily to manage permits, inspections, billing, and land use projects. It provides for automated email notifications and integrates seamlessly into our electronic plan review software.  Plans, permits, and inspections can be assigned to individuals or groups with due dates. It provides for asset management and service requests. It employs time tracking and billing.

> **Cons**: Because of the massive capabilities of this product, it is recommended that you hire an implementation consultant.

> This is an exceptional permit management product for any jurisdiction regardless of the size.

> **Cons**: Cumbersome does not look at Utility Database or Published Service. Does not seem to have a Mapping module.

> I have worked in the Water, Sanitation and Surface Water Departments for 25 Years and have used 3 separate Asset Management Utility Programs. This is the most cumbersome Asset Management Software I have used. No support and it seems as if the software has not been updated in a long time. Does not look at a Database or Published Service so you double your workload.
