> **Pros**: Allows you to OCR images and the searching tool makes finding things easy.  It also keeps things organized and eliminates filing cabinets.

> **Cons**: The only con that we have experienced is after using the software for a long period of time it sometimes doesn't download the page we are trying to view completely.  We then have to exit the internet browser and log back into the software and retrieve the document again.  This doesn't happen very often but when it does it is an annoying inconvenience.

> **Pros**: Very easy to use, and extremely helpful.  We love that we can upload through multiple scanners in our office and then access our account even when we are out of the office.  Looking forward to the training coming up to help us all brush up on eBridge.
