> **Pros**: all information in one software, on one customer. i can find all dates and do reportings, overview over all orders, administrating of orders as in the inspection assignment, sending emails directly out of ecert and import them. attach files and editing filetypes

> **Cons**: could be more user friendly. tab correspondence is complicated. for some changes intact is needed, it would be nice to have access to all dates to work on it outside ecert.

Straight forward system in regards to these areas

some of the data logic is complex and not always easy to use
