> **Pros**: Cockpit is open architecture tool and highly configurable to meed organizations needs. It has variety of features and base structure of the tool supports almost all requirement management and risk management needs.

> **Cons**: The pro is also con for Cockpit. Although Cockpit has potential to provide all encompassing solution that is somewhat similar to ALM tools available in market, however customer will need to figure it out by themselves. It would have been nice if Cockpit becomes modular instead of being one big baseline setup which needs further investigation for customization to match organizations processes.

> Overall experience is OK with Cognition Cockpit. Tool need lot of improvement from ease of use perspective and performance is also fine. Cognition has spent a lot of time adding cool features that supports cockpit customers when it comes to FDA audits, Risk Management and validation deliverable. Out of box reuse and customizable change management is best in market (where cockpit really beats other tools). At this time, Cognition team is making effort to improve their ease of use and hopefully we will see some good changes in upcoming version.
