After further review of the potential merchant accounts, CardConnect was a winner. It acted as gateway to Authorize.Net that provided the best CC processing/transaction fees compared to the other merchants and offers a number of services that benefits the Institute. Overall, the best feature about this software is their customer service from all sides. We were given incredible support through the whole process from the application to going live.
