The support team is awesome\! > > **Cons**: Integration with eDC systems is not feasible within BSI support alone. Batched TMF files cannot be imported. Ad Hoc changes in TMF folders require manual modifications. > > As users, our experiences are very good. The early learning curve is comfortable and not steep. In general, the system is easy to maneuver and manage with flexibilities for customization.
