## Reviews

### "Reliable, Modern Security Awareness Training That Scales Well for MSPs" — 4.0/5

> **Mack** | *7 May 2026* | Information Technology & Services | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10
>
> **Pros**: nfosec IQ is affordable and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. The phishing simulation catalog and training content library are extensive, modern, and updated frequently. Seasonal and timely content (for example, holiday‑themed training campaigns) keeps users engaged and prevents content fatigue.
From an administrator’s perspective, the platform is intuitive and dependable. Creating campaigns, onboarding customers, provisioning users, and granting C‑suite visibility into reporting all work exactly as expected with minimal friction. As a security administrator, the training content aligns very well with real‑world threats and modern security awareness goals.
>
> **Cons**: The only real downside is that campaign creation can be time‑consuming at scale. As an MSP, we routinely build long‑running campaigns (often 12 months) across multiple customers, and manually clicking through campaign setup can easily consume several hours.
That said, Infosec IQ’s API has effectively eliminated this issue for us. By automating campaign creation through the API, we can deploy campaigns across all customers with a single action, removing the manual overhead entirely.
>
> Overall, the experience has been excellent. Support interactions have been consistently positive, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. End users have no trouble engaging with the platform, and the onboarding and training materials are clear and well‑structured.
Infosec IQ has proven to be a dependable, well‑maintained security awareness platform that works equally well for administrators, end users, and executive stakeholders.

### "Not intuitive" — 4.0/5

> **Phil** | *28 March 2022* | Nonprofit Organization Management | Recommendation rating: 7.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Infosec IQ has provided our staff with a good foundation for cybersecurity training. Staff can now recognize threats and provides better recognition of potential external threats.
>
> **Cons**: The platform itself is not intuitive and could be made simpler
