A big pro to this software is that the videos are memorable, as they are interesting and informative. The topics covered are mentioned in a very memorable way, with the use of actors acting out scenarios. So in terms of bringing light to serious topics such as IT security risks, this software is successful in doing so. I always look forward to watching these training videos, with the character of 'Human Error' being particularly funny, and reminding a person 'what not to do' in an entertaining way. In addition, the videos are also a short length, being between 3 and 5 minutes. This is a pro, as they are bite sized, and easily digestible during a very busy workday. > > **Cons**: There is nothing I can note to be a con. So far, in my 9 months of using this software, I have not come across any notable cons. > > My overall experience has been quite positive with Mimecast Awareness Training. I do quite enjoy these videos, as they are quite funny.
