Defects can be logged into a plot with the addition of multiple photos and videos. These can then be assigned to a location, build stage \& be given a priority rating. These defects can then be assigned to team members and subcontractors which will then appear in that user's tasks tab.

Users can access BuildScan via iOS, Android or using a browser. Multiple users can collaborate in the same Workspace - Project - Plot allowing for complete transparency and streamlined management.

This allows us to work systematically and collaboratively in ensuring defects / snags are picked up and rectified in a timely and efficient manner. We often have multiple people using BuildScan in synchronisation allowing our entire team to progress works with transparency.
