I live and die by my calendar and since my internet email provider still uses IMAP I need a sync tool to keep my laptop and phone mirroring each other. I have always found the technical support group to be extremely prompt and efficient and very in depth at understanding your environment and then assisting you through getting everything back up and running. I have not changed my router, changed anything on my network, added any other software to my pc or changed by security software. So I have now completely wasted $39. Of course they did not even offer a refund either.
