> **Pros**: I love what SigParser does for me. I am able to keep all of my contacts from my email mailboxes and not have to track them down. It's very easy to use and manages everything for me.

> **Pros**: The customer support is great, and the functionality is impressive.&#10;&#10;It's all but effortless to build a list of companies and contacts, especially when wanting to pull contacts from past email history (up to 10 years\!). While not perfect, the email scraping does a very respectable job finding and categorizing the information/details. SigParser also provides some interesting/useful insights.

Some of our contacts use generic/personal email domains (outlook.com, gmail.com, etc.), and SigParser groups identical domains into a single company. There is currently no way to assign multiple contacts to different companies if they share the same generic email domain.

> **Pros**: I like the 25% new contacts we get from accounts that my team and I work with. Typically data attrition causes a net loss of 20% of all business contacts per year, with SigParser, or database is actually growing due to up to date contact information being added from auto replies and signature lines on all of our marketing and sales activities. We also see 17% more direct phone numbers added to our CRM, 11% updated titles, and 12% more cell phone numbers. The contact update and organization is the best feature. The next best feature is metrics and reporting on all inboxes that you hook up for your team. You can see their volume and performance within email. This is particularly valuable for sales managers. Lastly, I appreciate that you can slice and dice and create reports based on user contacts that are frequently emailed, and prepare lists based on the best performing segments of your business email outreach.&#10;&#10;As a marketing agency this is one of the best tools I have come across during my 12 years in business.
