Our incident case type is extremely complex, highly customized by Eccentex and our team for our needs. Service requests are based on more generic case templates provided by a vendor. Solution flexibility is crucial for us. We need the ability to configure and implement changes in case procedures, business rules and forms on the fly as soon as possible.
