Dynamic case management
We've been using the AppBase DCM platform for several years and it's allowed us to implement new schemes and services quickly as our business has grown. The support from Eccentex is second to none and they give us full confidence that our system will be available and secure.
Pros
The ability to create complex workflows that track a dedicated business process and have different tasks occur in parrallel. Presentation layer and object model is easy to configure and change which allows for rapid implementation of new work streams.
Cons
Lack of a customer facing portal module that can be built using the same AppBase platform.

Deployment of solution with Genesys Cloud
Our overall view of Eccentex, and their core platform functionality is very positive.I appreciate everything they've done for our company, even to the point they consider the most "absurd" product feature recommendations into their roadmap.
Pros
We use the AppBase solution to integrate with our Genesys Cloud solution.Eccentex have developed a fully feature rich solution which helps close some of the significant Genesys Cloud e-mail solution limitations.I'm a big fan of the customer relationship as well. If I have a problem, I know who I can contact to get it fixed as quick as possible. They're a real customer focused company.
Cons
As a customer, everyone has the view that turnaround time could be improved. When a new feature is delivered in 30 days versus your feeling that something should be done in 7 days. It takes time to introduce new features or bug releases, which can be frustrating when you're dealing with customers, however I understand the product lifecycle and can't hold this against them.

Great case management tool and powerful low code platform
Great platform to build a wide range of application, rapid prototyping, and development
Pros
We use Eccentex platform to build incident case management for public safety. Our solution provides two types cases - incident and service requests (patient transportation, blood delivery). Our incident case type is extremely complex, highly customized by Eccentex and our team for our needs. Service requests are based on more generic case templates provided by a vendor. Solution flexibility is crucial for us. We need the ability to configure and implement changes in case procedures, business rules and forms on the fly as soon as possible. We have found Eccentex to be well suited to all mentioned above.
Cons
Quality and completeness of product documentation is acceptable but could be improved. And parallel development on the same piece of code can be also sometimes challenging
