> **Pros**: Heisenberg II increased our efficiency, reliability and improved provider confidence in reporting.  We moved from Excel and manual maintenance processes to a seamless interface between our EMR system and HII.  The product is highly customizable and the HII team is extremely knowledgeable and responsive.

> **Cons**: HII was able to meet all of our initial needs with relative ease.  I believe that we have only touched the surface and that there is much opportunity to leverage HII further in the future.

> **Pros**: Previously, we would get bombarded by our providers every payroll with questions. Heisenberg has allowed providers to have the transparency that they need to understand their pay. It's led to more satisfied providers and much less administrative burden to answer these questions.

> **Cons**: We had a difficult integration process because of some acquisition integrations and compensation adjustments; as a result, we made the process harder than it should have been. Sunitha Bhaskar and Megha Nagavi were our Support Specialist and Project Manager, respectively, and both did an amazing job on our implementation. They were extremely patient with us and guided us through launch. I could not have asked for a better team to help us through the process.
