> Finance loses control when capital planning, purchasing, invoices, and payments run in different systems. Approval history spreads across them, and somebody rebuilds it by hand at audit time.

NextProcess is finance operations automation software for capital expense management, sourcing, procurement, accounts payable automation, and disbursement: one platform, one database, one audit trail, configured to how your organization works, connected to your ERP.

Capital Expense Management replaces the spreadsheet. Capital requests, project approvals, ROI, NPV, and IRR analysis, cash flow forecasting, and ERP-connected reporting run in one auditable workflow. Gantt charts assign people to parts of a project and show the work getting done, and prompted checkoffs gate each step, down to vendor vetting and insurance. Expected spend is bucketed by month and tracked against the purchase orders and invoices that arrive, so you catch an overrun in month three instead of at close.

Procurement runs requisition through purchase order and receiving, with routing by department, location, vendor, amount, cost center, or entity, and your administrator adds users, builds routes, and sets approver thresholds. Budget checks run before a commitment, and punchout catalogs keep buyers on contract. Vendor PO confirmation reverse-matches supplier confirmations and reports only mismatches. Supplier scorecards rate whether deliveries show up on time, whether pricing holds, and how cleanly a vendor's invoices process.

Sourcing attaches to Procurement or runs on its own: RFI, RFQ, and RFP, supplier qualification covering banking details, insurance, licenses, and diversity certifications, contract storage with renewal alerts, and controlled offboarding.

Accounts Payable Automation indexes standard and non-standard invoices with 99% accuracy, guaranteed by SLA. A self-hosted language model, not a third-party API, suggests GL coding and identifies the right vendor when indexing does not. Work is split into workbenches by rule and problem type, so a duplicate or utility queue goes to one person and queue volume is itself the alarm. Each invoice line is checked against its purchase order and receiver line on item, description, price, extended total, and unit of measure. Clean matches clear. The rest goes to a manual match workbench where a person works out why before payment. Non-PO invoices follow their own coding rules. Duplicate detection, fraud checks, and a full audit trail are standard.

Disbursement pays suppliers by ACH, wire, virtual card, and check. Approved invoices become payment batches with no re-keying, and status posts back to the ERP. Dual-control authorization separates invoice approval from payment release, positive pay guards against check fraud, and virtual cards are prefunded and earn rebates rather than acting as credit. A supplier portal takes invoice submission, PO acknowledgment, delivery confirmation, and payment status.

The platform is multi-entity, multi-currency, and multi-tax, with field-level access control, SSO, MFA, and a current SOC report. NextProcess integrates with SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central, Sage Intacct, Epicor, Infor, Deltek, Plex, QAD, and 40 more, plus custom web APIs for anything outside the catalog. Most implementations run 60 to 90 days. NextProcess has processed more than 300 million transactions and moved more than $1 trillion in approved spend, holds a 100% implementation success rate since 2003, and averages positive ROI in under six months. Every client works with a named account manager, not a ticket queue.

NextProcess is the right fit for mid-market and enterprise finance teams with complex approvals, ERP integration needs, multi-entity operations, and connected capital expense, sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, or disbursement workflows. It is not the best fit for companies that only need a basic, low-config point solution.

### "Awesome AP Data Capture Routing System" — 5.0/5

> **Verified Reviewer** | *14 November 2017* | Hospital & Health Care | Recommendation rating: 9.0/10
>
> **Pros**: Easy to use - user friendly screens
NextProcess is very detail oriented and work with you to create business rules etc to fit your needs
Accounting manager is in-tune to our account and how the application is set up for our company (Business rules, etc.) - makes it nice that they are so aware of how our business functions and allows for easy discussion
>
> **Cons**: Systematic changes can sometimes change parts of our application and require review to get programming back to the way the system operates for our company

-----

### "It is the best product so far for PO tracking that I have used and I have used many\!" — 3.0/5

> **Summer** | *8 January 2018*
>
> **Pros**: Being able to view the quotes directly from the PO screen. Being able to sort by community is helpful.
>
> **Cons**: The separate search need of work orders and purchase orders is not convenient. When a PO is tied to a work order and you cannot just click on that work order, it takes too long to have to copy and paste after opening up a new tab. Make the WO clickable.
