> **Cons**: Lack of reporting on rebates. It allows you to identify at the NDC level only. More reporting can be done here - e.g. show me reports in aggregate of previous months purchases. Use case: to reconcile with what we actually get paid by our buying group.

> **Pros**: The theory that you could manage your reconciliation and get reports.
> 
> **Cons**: They purposely make their self-reconciliation software very clunky and inefficient.  Claims do not match up, even when there is an exact match on date, RX number and amount.  You would have to "rematch" 90 percent of your claims even when there are exact matches.  After "rematching" a claim, instead of reverting to your previous screen (high dollar sorting) to the reversal sort (low dollar).  I will be looking for another option for my reconciliation.

> The conversion left a lot to be desired.  No help in identifying PBM's that direct contract.  You have to do that yourself.

> You can get paid claims even if you are not contracted ..........  80% of paid claims are rejected by medicare ..so you never get paid.
