I would immediately respond and 24 - 48 hours later a different person/bot would respond. It's been a week now and I still don't have resolution. Their hours seem to be a Euro schedule with no weekend support. I have requested a refund and have received no response at all. It would make the experience much better if it could be styled differently. This is a relatively minor point though. > > I have used Mentimeter to deliver richer learning experiences in our business.
