> **Pros**: Die Implementierung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Die Software ist selbsterklärend und sehr einfach zu bedienen und spart uns Zeit ein. Das Veita Team ist sehr serviceorientiert und hilft schnell bei kleineren Problemen. Besonders gefallen mir die Auswertungen, die uns sehr beim Monitoring unserer Forderungen helfen.

> **Cons**: Wir können uns weitere Dashboards, Reports und Automatisierungen vorstellen, die für uns hilfreich wären. Wir sind im laufenden Austausch mit dem Veita Team, um neue Funktionen zu erhalten.
