Use a TWAIN scanner or import existing PDFs and images. CapturePoint separates scanned stacks, identifies document types, and extracts fields and line items. It works with invoices and accounts payable documents, purchase orders, HR paperwork, insurance documents and other business records; it is not limited to invoice processing.

Your team reviews uncertain results beside the original document. CapturePoint learns from confirmations and corrections to improve future processing, while keeping a person involved where review is needed. You do not need to build templates to get started.

Finished documents can become searchable PDFs and extracted data in named folders, or be sent to connected systems such as SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox and Content Central. Core document processing runs on the Windows PC.
