> **Pros**: Product is ok.  Built on salesforce and connected to NIPR. If you have a dev team they can actually put this together quite quickly.
> 
> **Cons**: we got on the wrong side of their billing team during layoffs and they've been anything but helpful.
> 
> i would not recommend working with them if you have a choice. there are a lot of other options out there.
