ACCEPT Quality is a software solution for statistical Quality control, which simplifies and streamlines the process of identifying, collecting and analyzing any quality parameter, throughout the entire production process and guarantees full traceability and compliance with specifications.

- OEE | Monitoring the performance of production lines
ACCEPT OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a software solution for monitoring and optimizing the performance of production lines, through the collection and analysis, in real-time, of automation signals, directly from machines and equipment (e.g. signals, statuses, counters).

- MSA | Measurement Systems analysis and management
The standard IATF 16949: 2016, formerly ISO / TS 16949, defines the requirements of a quality management system for companies in the automotive sector, establishing measurement systems analysis (MSA) as mandatory for certification.

ACCEPT MSA is a software solution for the management and analysis of measurement systems, which meets the requirements of the IATF 16949: 2016 standard, integrating the calculation algorithms proposed by the AIAG MSA-4 standard.

In turn, each functional area has specific modules and applications, accessible through multiple interfaces (Web, mobile, desktop, industrial consoles, etc.), which allow the collection and analysis of different types of data.

> Infelizmente, não fazemos uso de muitas das funcionalidades do accept, mas pelas pesquisas que já fiz percebo que existem muitas funcionalidades úteis apenas ainda não houve oportunidade para as implementar.
Atualmente, apenas controlamos a volumetria tendo em conta os Limites de Especificação legais.
