> **Pros**: probate and estate accounting all in one, smooth transition from assets to accounting.  The ability that they will take our precedents and make part of program

> **Pros**: I love that everything I need is there.  Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find it, but any form I need is there in the program.  The other thing I love is the customer service.  There is never any delay when I have a problem that I need help with or an issue that needs to be addressed.

> **Cons**: I wish the forms could be edited at the source instead of having to edit it each time you generate it.  We have certain formatting preferences (most of which are not critical to the form - I think the word applicant should be capitalized in some instances) and every time I generate a document I have to go in and make the changes.  It would be nice to be able to have the forms homed on our system so that they could be edited on the master so I didn't have to make the changes every time.

> It has been great.  As with any software there is a learning curve, the customer service has made it a breeze to figure things out.  Anyone with any estate experience can install the program and be up and running immediately.  I absolutely LOVE Estateably\!

> **Cons**: I also use Automated Civil Litigation software with other law firms.   ACL has the option to download all documents required for a certain task.  Estateably has the choice of checklists -- I would like to see the option to download all of the requisite documents required for probate applications, rather than hunting  and pecking or it.
