> **Pros**: They answer my calls, set appointments and free up my time to work on legal matters.  Tehe managment team is very responsive and they customize the script the way you want. I use the app on my phone and can return calls, if necessary, and can even send a text message to callers. My assistant and I are able to take notes in the app. so we can see what the other has done.

I really liked the service they provided, but when I learned about LEX Reception, I requested a meetign to disucss the service they could provide and it turned out they cold provide comparale service for about 25% less than what I was paying. I also love how responsive they are to my needs and input.
