Useful tool to track in-office capacity and employee wellness

Getting Worksphere set up was straightforward and the program is very user friendly. You do not need tech experience to use it.

Pros

The best part about Worksphere is the ability to track our employees' vaccine status and wellness surveys. We also use Worksphere to track how many people will be in the office so we know how many lunches to order.

Cons

We have a lot of hourly employees that work in person so we already schedule them in the timeclock product we use. It would be great if Worksphere could sync with that.

Managing office/desk space in hybrid work world

Our overall experience has been great. Our only wish was an app.

Easy to navigate

It's been smooth and updates in real time.

Pros

Easy for our hybrid employees to see when an open desk is available for them to decide when they can come into the office.

Cons

I haven't jotted any kinks in the system yet.

Worksphere for the Win!

Easy to use, GREAT customer service.

Pros

UI is very easy to use. Get's the job done with all the features you need and none that you don't!

Cons

I don't have any cons. For what our organization needs, it fulfills 100%.

Worksphere Review

I personally think it's a great tool and with some minor tweaks, it can do great things for companies!

Pros

I find this software very user-friendly and easy to navigate around. That makes it simple for everyone at our organization.

Cons

I just think you should get notified if you are the admin on the account and someone is booking a space in your respective office, that way you know whether or not to expect them. If you book at a different office as is in the system now, it does not show up
