The time slot must be cancelled prior to the time slot beginning. This made it difficult to better service residents when we were reaching the capacity of any of our amenities. > > Overall, Amenity Boss helped us navigate the new world of social distancing and mask-wearing during the Covid pandemic. I have not yet requested new codes for apartment yet, and I wish there was an easier way to get them rather than doing an upload of a spreadsheet (I think that's what I read) I'd rather be able to open a tab dedicated to updating user codes and being able to type in a vacate date and then a new code generated after that date. > > Because of the current pandemic, our company implemented Amenity Boss as a way to manage restricted number of persons using the amenities to say with guidelines.
