Many of them did which helped greatly with the financial situation during this difficult time. Approximately 90% of our givers are on Faith Direct. > > **Cons**: At times there are issue with the Capital Campaign reporting features, and the ability to down load reports or upload into Pds. We use the Event registration quite often. It is easy to access information for our parishioners. Example: We have been trying to keep track of the number of additional members who have signed up since Covid. Customer service has helped us figure out how, though it is not a simple process. Pulling information for analysis is typically not as easy as we would like. Some of our parishioners prefer to donate weekly and don't like that Faith Direct does not provide this option. In addition, when families went out of town or missed a Sunday for whatever reason, rarely were the donations "made up".
