Good to be able to fully track the patients, watch their videos of attempting exercises, good explanations and clear videos > > **Cons**: Patients report that the app is often glitchy and so they then do exercises from memory. The video conferencing often fails depending on the server so can see but not hear or hear but not see the patients and sometimes doesn't connect at all. It also has great exercises for athletic populations. The physios love that they can email the exercises and patients can watch the videos to refresh their memory on how to do the exercises. > > **Cons**: The search feature is not very efficient. I think the tags associated with each exercise need to be improved to allow physios to find the exercises they are looking for.Lots of the exercises are too advanced for some patients (typically more deconditioned/elderly patients/acute injuries) and so additional exercises showing the regressions would be helpful.
