It took me around one year to find a software to suit my business, especially because my jewellery business is so highly customised. I thought I may need to go down the avenue of having something custom made but \[sensitive content hidden\] was an enormous help. He customised everything to my need. To put it into perspective, I needed something that will be able to handle my gem department, internal repairs and manufacturing, remodels, custom orders, valuations/appraisals, outsourced repairs, materials balance, retail inventory and advise me of which products are where. I also needed it to act as a point of sale system and finally to be able to submit my figures for financial reporting. Furthermore, the client 360 degree CRM section is fantastic\!
