> The Broker's Workstation is a single-entry multiple company interface (SEMCI) platform designed to assist property and casualty (P\&C) insurance brokers and agents with underwriting, claims processing and quoting. Key features include commercial policy administration, customer relationship management, accounting, reporting and Pink card generation.

Businesses can use the broker management system BMS) module to streamline managing general agent (MGA) accounts receivable and payable operations, generate financial reports on a branch and agency basis, determine and apply commission rates on auto policies, and process payments. It offers commercial lines management solution, which allows brokers to create customizable questionnaires and proposals using a built-in word processor.

Customers can utilize I-Client, a self-service portal to create accounts, view policies, track claims, and connect with respective agents. The Broker's Workstation can either be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud. Support is available via phone and email.
