They charge your card varying amounts for services they say you have to "opt" out of after they add them to your account without you knowing. > > I am extremely disappointed with FitGrid. They conned me out of over $1,800 in unauthorized charges and refuse to properly respond to my multiple emails and chat attempts. Here’s what happened: I prepaid for one full year of service in September. Despite this, FitGrid began charging me monthly only five months into my prepaid year — without my consent. They claim they sent emails requiring me to "opt out," which makes no sense since I had already prepaid. This is misleading and unethical. When I finally got a response, they admitted they could only refund the most recent charges (about $500 from 2 different charges from this month), but they refused to address the seven additional months of unauthorized charges before that. So instead of refunding the full $1,800+ they wrongfully billed me, they offered me only a partial refund and have taken no accountability. This is completely unacceptable. Their billing practices are deceptive, and their customer support is unresponsive. I have proof of my prepaid plan and the timeline of charges, and yet they continue to avoid accountability.
